Second International Workshop on

Agent Technology for Sensor Networks (ATSN-08)

A workshop of the 7th International Joint Conference on Autonomous Agents and Multiagent Systems (AAMAS-08)

Tuesday 13th May 2008, Estoril, Portugal

Paper Submission

The workshop welcomes submissions of original works relevant to the topics described above. This year, the workshop will accept submissions of both full papers (maximum 8 pages) and short papers (maximum 4 pages).

Short papers are encouraged as a means to present important results that can be succinctly presented or preliminary work that may not yet have the level of evaluation or detail that would be expected for a full paper.

Camera-Ready Instructions

Final versions of all accepted papers must be re-submitted ready for inclusion in the workshop proceedings. This must be completed by 9th March.

As was the case for the original submissions, full papers should be no more that 8 pages long and short papers should be no more than 4 pages long.

Final Papers must be submitted on US letter in PDF format. This should be done by updating the original submission using http://www.easychair.org/conferences/?conf=atsn08

Your paper should not include page numbers.

We would also encourage authors to include the ACM category descriptions and keywords on the first page of their paper. This should be done using one of the templates available below. Click here for more information.

Latex Users

1. Please use one of the following LaTeX2e styles: atsn08.cls or atsn08-alternate.cls.
Like the template used for the main AAMAS conference, there are trivial modifications of the ACM LaTeX styles, but in this case no space is used for copyright information at the bottom of the first page.

2. Please use the 'abbrv' bibliography style. To do so, please insert the following line at the end of your document (before \end{document}) :
\bibliographystyle{abbrv}

3. Please format your document for US Letter paper (8-1/2x11) and use Type 1 fonts for your .pdf file.
Click here for help. If you still have difficulty check with your system administrator.

4. ACM Category descriptors are placed using the following commands in the preamble as an example:

\category{I.2.11}{Computing Methodologies}{Artificial Intelligence}[Multiagent systems]

\terms{Algorithms, Design, Measurement, Experimentation}

\keywords{Sensors, Sensor Networks, Uncertainty, Reinforcement Learning}

Word Users

Please use this word template: atsn08.doc. Remember to ensure that you submit the document as a pdf in US letter format.

For any questions e-mail atsn08@easychair.org

All final manuscripts should be uploaded to easychair no later than
