[me]

I am a research fellow in the IAM Research Group at the University of Southampton. I develop software for the myExperiment social networking site for scientists.

Other activities includes the application of open hypermedia to media streams. This is in conjunction with the Pervasive Computing and Networks research within the group. Projects include the 6WINIT project, and the Grid Based Medical Devices for Everyday Health project for Equator.

Other activities involve the IPv6 testbed within the department and the Grid and Pervasive Computing Group .

My PhD thesis, which I studied for at the DSSE Research Group, is titled "On the Visual Programmability of Desktop Interfaces", and covers the continuation of the Psh project. In summary, Psh is the amalgamation of the visual development environment offered by the Prograph language and a modern desktop environment.
