EPrints article in Ariadne

I presume everyone has seen this article in the latest Ariadne (issue 32):

    William Nixon (2002) The evolution of an institutional e-prints
    archive at the University of Glasgow. Ariadne 32.

I came across it by chance as I haven't seen any official notices of
this issue.
