Note to Contributors: About Trailing Past Messages in Postings

Can I ask all contributors who post replies to the Forum to please
be careful to delete what is not necessary to your posting? Some
recent posters (Jan in particular; Mike too!) have mail software that
automatically trails the whole series of prior exchanges needlessly
at the end of every message unless the user deletes them. This makes
it hard to scan and archive the postings, and needlessly overloads the
list. So please remember to delete all needless trailers rather than
just hitting the "reply" button and trusting your mail sorftware!

Many thanks,
Stevan
