Cloture on content-free snippets

May I suggest that we now declare cloture on brief, content-free
snippets? Please send them one-on-one, not the Forum as a whole.
As repeatedly announced, this Forum is now dedicated to concrete,
substantive discussion of practical OA policy. I leave the last word to
Barry (below), but please let it be the last on this empty thread. -- SH

You may not be aware that the Online Meeting & Exhibition, in its 27th
year, is the major annual event for all those involved (public and
private) in professional information production and delivery. As such
the people one would meet, and do meet, are probably the most aware
group of people on what "open" means, of whatever hue. I'm sure there
were a number of the readers of this list present at Olympia (London).

Bye, Barry
