
Mark Dobie gained a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Southampton in 1988 and continued to research for a PhD in Computer Vision which was completed in 1992.
Postdoctoral research has included on methods for helping to identify features in satellite images, comparing programming paradigms and methods for robust design in engineering. My current research is with the MAVIS 2 project, which combines the challenges of image understanding and multimedia information systems. A complete list of publications is available.
