Robust Design in Engineering
This research is investigating the application of statistical methods to
engineering design problems with the aim of increasing the robustness
and efficiency of the design process and the final product itself. The
project involves Dr Sue Lewis, Dr Colin Please, Ms Christine Sexton and
Dr Mark Dobie from
the Mathematics Department and Dr Geoff Pitts and Mr William Dunsmore
from the Mechanical Engineering Department.
