This Technical Committee of the IEEE Control Systems Society promotes activities in the general area of behavioral system theory.

Announcements
- Paolo Rapisarda gave a plenary talk at the 7th International Workshop on Multidimensional Systems, which was held in Poitiers, France, in September 2011.
- The next MTNS will take place in July 2012 in Melbourne, Australia. Margreta Kuijper and Iven Mareels will serve as General Chairs. A plenary talk will be given by Jan C. Willems.
