The local organising committee are keen to encourage the participation of research students, especially those sponsored by EPSRC and BBSRC. To this end, there will be free registration and accommodation for research council students working in a relevant or related area (subject to fairly generous availability). Unfortunately, this cannot be extended to non-UK students, but there is still a generously discounted registration (£85) for such participants.
UK research-council funded students wishing to attend should send a request to the workshop chair:

A special Student Poster Session is being organised, with an award for the best contribution. See the Programme for timing. Further details of accepted posters will appear shortly.
50 rooms have been reserved for student participants at Carroll Court on the UWE campus. The charges will be £13.20 per person per night plus VAT for room only. Places at Carroll Court are primarily intended for EPSRC/BBSRC funded students but will be made available to other student participants according to availability on a first-come, first-served basis. Students in the latter category should write to the Workshop Chair (at the address above) asking to be considered for Carroll Court.
Please note that all accommodation is with shared bathrooms; there are no en suite facilities at Carroll Court.
